The Kellogg Agency is happy to pay referrals for connecting us with Owners and Tenants.  A referral fee will be paid to your QB when you bring us a client who signs a management agreement or a lease.  (Some properties may not offer referral fees, please call our office for details.)

To qualify for a Tenant/Lease referral:

  • Agent must show the house to the applicants.  (Call our office for details.)
  • Applicant must list Agent's name on the application.
  • Agent must fill out a referral form (below) PRIOR to applicant submitting application.

To qualify for a Management referral:

  • Owner must list Agent's name on the Management Agreement. (At this time, we do not pay referrals for Tenant Finder Services.)
  • Agent must submit referral form (below) PRIOR to Owner contacting Kellogg Agency.
