1. How do I know if a house will take pets or not?
All homes are “pets by approval”.

2. Are there any dogs that you will not take?
The following breeds will not be accepted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Husky, and German Shepard. We do not allow any dogs that are mixed with dogs on this list.

3. Is there a pet deposit?
No. If your pets are approved then your rent will be $50 per month more than the advertised rent.

4. What happens if my pet dies or is removed from the home during my lease?
The rent cannot be changed during the lease.

5. If I am already a tenant, how do I add a pet to my lease?
Fill out the Pet Application and have it approved before you get a pet. You will have to sign a pet addendum and your rent will increase by $50 per month and pay a lease change fee.
